Our Focus

Our programme offers engaging and interactive sessions designed to improve social and emotional skills in children. The activities are tailored to suit different age groups and learning styles.

Children learning to communicate effectively

Social Skills

Besides the natural social benefits of group sessions, the course will deal with topics such as bullying and assertiveness, accepting others and how to use kind words.

Children forming positive social connections

Emotional Regulation and Help with Anxiety

A large component of the course is aimed at developing emotional vocabulary and helping children realise the ownership they have over their emotions. They will be guided to better make sense of what they are feeling and how to deal with it in a healthy manner.

Children being socially confident

Self Confidence

The course is designed to not only empower children with emotional and social skills, but also to guide each child towards recognising their uniqueness.

Why Groups?

Our courses are facilitated in groups of 3-6

Most children love social interaction and are keen to learn from each other. Groups are thus naturally fun and interactive!

Group sessions are also more affordable.

"Teaching children how to regulate their emotions is crime prevention. It’s addiction prevention. It’s the path to a world where people can disagree, and still respect each other."

Mind Me has been instrumental in helping my son identify his emotions and use the tools from the sessions to manage his emotions when they arise. Since he has been attending the sessions my son is able to communicate better which allows us to support him because we understand him better now.

He also understands now that big feelings are OK and that crying is normal which has allowed him to regulate a lot faster in emotionally charged situations. Thank you Mind Me!
