LITTLE
Mind Me!
Our bespoke program for preschoolers is thoughtfully designed to support the unique emotional needs of children aged 3 to 6. At this stage of rapid development, we focus on helping little ones understand and express their feelings and build confidence in a nurturing environment. Each 8-week course builds on the last, allowing children to learn and grow at a gentle, playful pace that feels natural and fun.

Starting with the Basics
At Little Mind Me! we start with the basics. Since little ones often struggle to express how they feel, we begin by teaching them to recognise and name the four core emotions:
happy, sad, scared, and angry.

We talk about BIG feelings - those overwhelming moments when emotions take over - and teach children simple tools to manage them. Using rhymes, games, and the STOP-THINK-DO method, we gently guide them in learning how to pause, think, and respond with awareness.

What We Do During Sessions?
Through games, stories, and playful activities, they start building their emotional vocabulary in a way that feels natural and fun.

Because young children learn best through movement and play, we include fun exercises like “freezing” to help them connect with their bodies and emotions.
Over the course of the 8-week programme, they explore different calming strategies - like breathing techniques and asking for help - all while gaining confidence in themselves and their ability to handle big feelings.
