Themes & Structure

At the beginning of 2026 we have updated and improved our Mind Me! program to consist of 4 courses - 1 for each term of the year. While the programs focus on the same core skills to build a strong foundation each term will have new lessons focusing on different themes.

The structure is as follows:

Session 1: Group Dynamics and Values

Session 2: Personal Development and Self-esteem

Session 3-4: Emotional Education & Regulation

Session 5: Difficult Emotions
E.g. lessons on specific emotions like anger, anxiety, dealing with disappointment etc.

Session 6-8: Social Skills
E.g. lessons focussed on friendship, assertiveness, communication, choices etc.

What We Do
During Sessions

Each 45-minute session includes a variety of activities, such as games, videos, science experiments, and crafts, each serving a specific purpose in demonstrating that week’s theme. The content is designed to be fun and engaging for children who are tired after school.

Parental Support

We believe that the learning and practice of skills should continue at home. Therefore, we provide parents with an easy-to-follow recap of each week’s session, including practical ways to implement the lessons at home.
